Privacy Policy

Your privacy is highly valued, therefore it is one of our highest priorities. Payments go through the secure servers of PayPal or Square, depending on your checkout method. Your personal information (Name, Address, Contact Information, etc.) is all stored on BigCommerce's secure servers. We hate having our information sold, therefore we will NEVER sell yours! Rest assured, your information is secure.

 

International Sales

Are you interested in purchasing from another country? Send us an e-mail containing the product SKU's, quantities, and your shipping address to IntSalse@INJRadioSolutions.com. We will send you a quote. This may take 48  hours.

Returns Policy

All returns are subject to manufacturers approval. This is because all items are drop-shipped and the physical product never passes through INJ Radio Solutions's possession.

-If you receive the wrong product, we will have you ship the item back to the manufacturer and the correct item will then be shipped to you.
-If you are unsatisfied with the product, you may return for store credit only. You must also pay for the return shipping to the manufacturer. There will also be a 15% restocking fee from the manufacturer.
-If you receive a defective item, you must provide a video of the problem. If the issue cannot be resolved, you will send the item back to the manufacturer and may receive a complete refund or store credit.

 

Shipping Policy

Products ship directly from their manufacturer. Because of this, your order may take slightly longer to ship. After we confirm payment has gone through, we contact the manufacturer. They then ship the order out ASAP. Most products will arrive within 10 business days of shipment. If you have any question, don't hesitate to contact us.

 

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may not be cancelled.

 

Warranty Policies

INJ Radio Solutions: As we currently only offer bundles, we do not have any warranty. If a bundle you receive contains a damaged or nonworking product, please contact the manufacturer. Any order we ship includes an inspection (for visible damage) for non-sealed products.

 

 

Product availability is subject to manufacturer's stock. This is due to drop shipping.

We do NOT guarantee all products are certified to your local requirements.
